Just one teeny tiny thing - when it’s a new pose maybe doing it facing the camera? 
I’m very new to yoga so sometimes not being able to see most of the pose (even when it’s explained verbally) is a bit tricky to follow. Then when the other perspective was shown for the other side I realised I’d been positioned a bit wrong xD

This was honestly marvelous, I feel like chewing gum 😂 I am currently in Senegal and since the weather is summer here I figured why not and I am so glad I did, such an amazing way to end the day thank you for this flow 🥰

It was a great session but maybe for someone not as new to this as me. I’m sure I can stop and start it to get my position right but it would have help for a bit more guidance through what i was doing. Or maybe like a show what we will do and then do it. Thank you!

This was an awesome class with some pose variations that I have never done before! The only place of improvement I see is actually having time for shavasana in the video. The sounds of nature would have been pleasant to here during shavasana. I think it just skipped to the end of the video instead of just letting the video play while we did shavasana together.

I have no words for this practice (well I do) it was amazing and as you said « maybe look to the side wow it’s beautiful » it actually was for me too I loved how this made me feel, I finally got to practice on the beach, I didn’t get the chance to before and it’s truly a great feeling I absolutely love this practice thank you 🥰

I loved the flowyness of this!it reminded me of my first yoga teacher back in college, who used”rolling wave” spinal motions or big sweeping arms in most of her transitions and it felt so good!

I enjoyed this program I found it challenging as I’m new ish to Yoga but I really liked that, I think I will circle back to it in the future and do it again because it will be interesting to see my progress !
