- Pull your knee toward your chest while rotating your upper torso 
- Bring your opposite elbow to your knee 
- Repeat on the opposite side
- Focus on engaging your core

Bicycle crunches

-Put yourself in a side plank position
- keep your top leg raised

Side plank leg left

- From a high plank
- Using your core
- Alternate raising your knees to your elbows

High plank knee ups

- Start in a side plank position 
- Keeping your core engaged bring your arm underneath your body
- Extend your arm above you
* Work both sides

Elbow side plank weave

- Start in a push up plank position
- Pike your hips up and reach across with one hand touching the toes on the opposite foot

Plank toe touches

SHREDDED ABS 😤🚨
