Introducing the LEVEL UP CHALLENGE! December can be one of the hardest months to stay on track with your fitness goals. With the holidays and the chilly air, it can become easy to want to stay in bed and drink hot cocoa all month long. This program is designed to help you stay motivated and reach your goals in the month of December. The workouts are only 45-60 minutes long to keep your body moving and active. You will also only be needing dumbbells, a bench and booty bands to make these workouts easily accessible no matter where you are! The rules of the challenge are as follows: 1. Complete my 4 workouts a week 2. 100 oz of water a day 3. 100 grams of protein a day 4. 10,000 steps a day or a strain of 10 on your whoop band 5. 10 mins of reading/journaling There will be 3 winners, here’s what you could win! 1. Two 3 day Disneyland Tickets + Annual Subscription to my app 2.
