Can I Switch Up the workout days each week? Yes! You just need to complete all 4 workouts throughout the week. You can even add another workout if you’d like!
How will the winners be chosen? Each day you complete all the rules for the challenge, you will be entered into a raffle. For example, if you complete everything throughout the challenge, you will end up with 27 entries for the raffle. Now, every day you can also post on your social media and tag me (@torielizabethfit) and get a bonus entry. This mean you have 54 chances to be entered into the raffle. The winners will be chosen at random.
I don’t see the entire program, what am I missing? I will be releasing the workouts of that week the Sunday before. This means you will see one week at a time, so don’t worry if you don’t see all the workouts.
Are there modifications/alternatives for each exercise? Yes! I have modifications for each exercise that needs it. They will be at the end of the exercise preview. This challenge can be done by any fitness level. If you have questions about modifications, feel free to reach out to me, I would love to help!
