Hip mobility needs improvement, not gonna lie.

That Ish!  was hard… not gonna lie  kind felt no bueno on the lower back. Hopping up from the legs out position. One ends up doing a pistol squat instead… Shiiiit! So instead bicycle crunches for 2minutes. Still counts as mobility🤙👀
