Today we are testing to see where you are when it comes to pull-ups! Pick the lightest resistance band and complete as many reps as possible! We will be testing in the future!

A couple years ago I was doing sets of pullups with an added ten pound plate. One child later and I did five pullups with the medium resistant band. I'm excited to get my pullups back!!!

So excited for this add on! 1 pull up is a life goal… literally in my LIFE, never been able to do one.
