- Step backward with the first foot and lower until both knees are 90 degrees 
- Push through the front heel 
- Pulse for 5 seconds 
- stand back up to starting
- Repeat with the opposite foot

Alternating backward lunges with pulse

- Push your hips back and down as you lower to parallel
- Explode/jump up from the bottom of the squat
- Land softly

squat jumps

- Start in squat position 
- Step side to side and tap

Side to Side

- Place your hands on the floor on front of you
- Hop back hop forward 
- Return to the initial position

Modified burpees

- Start in a high plank position and hold

High plank shoulder taps

- Begin in a supine position with arms overhead and legs bent
- Bring your legs in 
- Lift your shoulders off the ground and alternating elbow to knee 
- Roll back down and repeat

Jack knife crunch

- Start in a plank position 
- Drive your knees towards your chest one at a time back and forth 
- Increase speed as you feel comfortable
