- Push your hips back and down as you lower to parallel
- Explode/jump up from the bottom of the squat
- Land softly

Squat jumps

- Stand with your feet together
- Step backward into a lunge
- Pulse up and down 
- Step back up to the starting position 
- Repeat as you alternate legs

Bodyweight lunges pulses

- Stand in side lunge position 
- Elbow an opposite knee come together 
- Crunch your abs
