I was beginning to think the first class was sorta easy, but then I woke up the next day with really sore muscles I didn't even think I used! Second day very sore...not like an injury, but like you got an awesome workout!

Getting back to this program after a while of feeling so unmotivated. I was experiencing lots of shoulder pain which I realized is the result of weak muscles. So I truly want to begin taking care of my body. This was the perfect way to begin once again. On my way to optimal health. Thank you! 🙏🏽
