We were fortunate enough to get a world class sauna session with Glen Auerbach from Sauna Times and he dropped some fire knowledge on the holy trinity of sauna!  This will change the way you approach sauna and its always good for humans to learn!

Glen mentioned that if you have a 180 degree sauna with 24% humidity it will feel like a 204 degree sauna! Thats some fire knowledge right there!

Make sure you dial in:
1. Heat (176 - 206 degress)
2. Steam - have a bucket of water to pour on the rocks
3. Ventilation - some sort of ventilation, which could be you moving around your towel in the sauna

If you dial the holy trinity in, it will transform your sauna experience.
