    Mobility & Flexibility Coach

    Sarah is a FRC mobility coach (FRA, Kinstretch Level II) and strength coach. She got into mobility training after spending years doing only yoga and getting hurt from it. And once she learned about mobility training - everything changed. She got more flexible without getting hurt, she was able to lift heavier and move better. So you can expect the same thing in her classes! You'll train your joints, increase your strength and flexibility, while listening to and supporting your body. It's something you can't skip out on. Don't be like her older clients who always say, "I wish I had started this earlier".

    Do I need to purchase equipment?
    It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
