In this program you’ll learn foundations of how to move your joints in their full range of motion. You’ll get in-depth classes on your main joints (shoulders/hips/spine) as well as an intro to different base positions you’ll see in all the mobility classes on my app! This series is for you if you’ve never trained mobility before (even if you think you have, you might not have!) or if you want a foundational program to follow. These training sessions aren’t easy, nor are they only for beginners.

Mobility & Flexibility Coach

Sarah is a FRC mobility coach (FRA, Kinstretch Level II) and strength coach. She got into mobility training after spending years doing only yoga and getting hurt from it. And once she learned about mobility training - everything changed. She got more flexible without getting hurt, she was able to lift heavier and move better. So you can expect the same thing in her classes! You'll train your joints, increase your strength and flexibility, while listening to and supporting your body. It's something you can't skip out on.
