This is not a program for you if you haven't learned about CARs and don't understand the foundational movements of FRC mobility training. Mobility & Flexibility Coach

Sarah is a FRC mobility coach (FRA, Kinstretch Level II) and strength coach. She got into mobility training after spending years doing only yoga and getting hurt from it. And once she learned about mobility training - everything changed. She got more flexible without getting hurt, she was able to lift heavier and move better. So you can expect the same thing in her classes! You'll train your joints, increase your strength and flexibility, while listening to and supporting your body. It's something you can't skip out on.
