I'm Sara Kathryns and I'm so excited you're here! I'm a certified fitness trainer through NASM with a passion for inspiring others to enjoy moving their bodies and live a healthy and balanced lifestyle. While I always loved playing sports as a child, in high school I realized I wanted to train the way I personally wanted to, rather than follow the workouts my coaches had me do. I found more motivation working out on my own instead of doing the workouts that came with the sports I played. Alas, I learned how to work out to become stronger physically and mentally, found a space to reconnect with myself and explore my potential, and of course, work out for the body I wanted. Through personal training and group fitness instruction, I hope to inspire others to fall in love with movement that makes them feel energized and strong, cultivates joy, and gives them the confidence they deserve to feel in and out of the gym.
