If you want slim, sexy, and strong arms, this is the program for you. We’re packing it into 10 days of movement consisting of pilates x strength x cardio sessions to build lean muscle while sculpting the arms for a feminine yet badass strong body.
Each workout is guided by Sara for 20-30 minutes of strategic programming to blast back fat, sculpt the arms, and fire up the deep core. We do work the entire body through the 10 days.
Workout schedule:
Day 1 - 20 Minutes Arms + Abs Foundations (light weights, focus on form)
Day 2 - 25 Minutes Upper Body Sculpt + Core Stability
Day 3 - 30 Minutes Core Crush (lower abs & obliques + leg sculpt)
Day 4 - 20 Minutes Arm Strength & Burnout (chest + back + cardio)
Day 5 - 15 Minutes Active recovery
Day 6 - 30 Minutes Full Body emphasis on tricep, shoulders, biceps
Day 7 - 22 Minutes Core HIIT + Pilates Arms
Day 8 - 25 Minutes Lower Body
Day 9 - 30 Minutes Chest, Back, Biceps, Shoulders
Day 10 - 30 Minutes Total Arms & Abs Finisher
