This section is dedicated to all around upper body workouts. This means you will be hitting your biceps, triceps, shoulders, back, lats, chest, and core. Some workouts will target specific muscle groups and ‘push/pull’ ideals, while others will be overall upper body. Included you will find upper body workouts to be done with gym equipment, but also dumbbell only upper body workouts to do at home. There’s the perfect mix of low impact movements in these workouts with a balance of higher intensity exercises to get the heart rate up and sweat on. You can also consider pairing these workouts with a run/swim/cycle if you feel the desire for some cardio, but they should be good on their own too. You got this!
