For whatever reason, all of the exercise videos are the same- the sumo to lateral squat... weird. Maybe I need to check for updates lol.

The full body workouts are my fav! This one for week 3 is a great length lol. My only question is, for the squat to side lunge workout in the beginning- what exactly is one rep?
