Squat knee tuck

- Get into position and place the band over your knees
- Push back and up with your foot and extending your leg upwards
- Lower your leg back down
- Complete desired reps then repeat on the opposite side

Cable glute kickback

- Start with your feet shoulder width apart and a band just above your knees
- go down into a wide squat slowly pushing your knees out against the band
- move back up to starting position

Banded pop squats

- Start in a plank position with core engaged
- Bring your knee toward the outside of your elbow
- Return your leg to the starting position
- Repeat on the opposite side
