I have been helping others reach their goals through building lifelong sustainable habits for the last six years! There is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to fitness and nutrition. Each fitness journey is subjective to the individual with what will help them thrive physically and mentally!           It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
