This program includes 4 strength-focused workouts each week, with cardio-based movements integrated to keep your heart rate up and boost endurance. Along with your scheduled workouts, aim to hit 10 steps daily, whether it’s indoors or outdoors—every step counts toward your goal!
For the first 3 weeks, you’ll follow the same exercises, with an emphasis on increasing weight or intensity as you progress. In the final 3 weeks, the workouts will change, but the focus remains the same: challenge yourself by continuing to increase weight and intensity each week.
