Hi! I'm Sam, a NASM-certified personal trainer, fitness nutrition specialist, and nutrition coach. I have been helping others reach their goals through building lifelong sustainable habits for the last six years! There is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to fitness and nutrition. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines.
