So good. I tried starting a popular macro lifestyle that’s going around right now and I had a panic attack one week in from all of the measuring, weighing and counting. My personality does not handle rigidity well at all. I love how you framed this as education first and then LET IT GO and be intuitive. You nailed it! Thank you! ❤️
