There is a mediation for every feeling and today I woke up feeling such tightness in my chest. Such anxiety that was stuck in my heart. I knew exactly what I needed was to sit in stillness with you and open up my heart chakra and it released all of the tension and fear and tightness. Oh my goodness it was so amazing! I had to look back on the hardest year I have ever had. I lost my baby girl she died and I survived that. The man I've always loved we got so much closer. I had to face a lot of past trauma that was buried deep inside. It was a very hard year! Excruciatingly heartbreaking and everywhere I looked so much sadness and fear. I'm so thankful I made it through that year! I am who I am after facing all I did. My eyes are open to so much now. Thank you for being you! Thank you for doing all you do! I have found so much peace in your meditations, your voice is so calming and brings so much peace when listening and meditaing. If it wasn't for you I wouldn't be able to feel so much lifted off of me. Your are amazing and I'm thankful for your time spent doing these medications for those who get to enjoy them and have a little more peace inside.
