A few days late but I figured why not! It was a very beautiful meditation/exercise. I feel that in some ways, manifestations overlap with prayers, although my prayers are usually for love and peace and joy and wholeness and manifestations can be for other things such as for me personally I really want to become a mother. There is a mediation for every feeling and today I woke up feeling such tightness in my chest. Such anxiety that was stuck in my heart. I knew exactly what I needed was to sit in stillness with you and open up my heart chakra and it released all of the tension and fear and tightness.
