I am trying really hard to re-train my brain to remember that food isn’t everything. I’m an emotional eater and find comfort in filling myself with junk food. I knew that in order to change my mind set, and to fill my body with nutritious choices most of the time, that I needed to look inward. This meditation is a great start on that journey.
