We love a good healthy twist on a trendy recipe 🙌🏼🤍

Ingredients: 

1/2 yellow onion, diced 
6-8 garlic cloves, minced
1 lb. ground turkey 
2 tbsp. tomato paste 
Salt and pepper
1 tsp. dried basil 
1 tsp. dried parsley 
1 tsp. dried oregano 
1 tsp. Italian seasoning 
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
24 oz. can marinara (check for 0g added sugars)
1/2 cup heavy cream 
4-6 cups chicken stock 
1/2 lb. or 1 box chickpea noodles 
1 cup parmesan 
1 cup mozzarella cheese 
1 cup ricotta (cottage cheese would be a great sub too) 


Directions 🧭 
1. In a bowl, mix together the parmesan, mozzarella, and ricotta. Set aside. 
2. In a pan on medium heat, cook the diced onions and garlic cloves. Add in the ground turkey. 
3. Mix in the tomato paste and other seasonings. Let it all cook together. 
4. Add in marinara and chicken stock. Bring to a boil. 
5. Add in the noodles and continue to boil. 
6. When the noodles are soft. Add in the cheese mixture and heavy cream, and let that cook for 3-5 minutes. 
6. Serve with parmesan 🙌🏼
