Can’t go wrong with these 🙌🏼 Secret ingredient listed in here too 😉🫶🏼

These were so good 🤌🏼 and so easy!! 

Ingredients: 
10 whole wheat tortillas 
Chicken breasts (shredded) 
1 cup cottage cheese 
1-2 tbsp. taco seasoning 
Shredded cheese 

Shredded Chicken: 
In a crockpot, add 4 chicken breasts, 1 cup of chicken broth, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Keep on low for 6 hours. Shred the chicken! We only used about a 1/3 of this for the recipe. Stored the rest for meals throughout the week! 
You can always buy a rotisserie chicken if that’s easier for you! Or pre-shredded chicken! 

The rest: 
1. Preheat oven to 425°. Or use an air fryer!! 
2. In a food processor or blender, blend together the cottage cheese and the taco seasoning. Layer this mixture onto each tortilla. Layer with shredded chicken and cheese. 
3. Roll the taquitos and set onto the pan. Sprinkle cheese oven the top and bake for 20-30 minutes at 425°. For a crispy texture, flip throughout cook time. 

Serve with salsa or guacamole 🥑
