I would like to welcome everyone to my app and my first workout program on the app. This program is simple and effective. The reason for this program first is to include everyone. When I say “everyone” I am referring to not only the beginners and experts in fitness, but to the people that have limit equipment, space and other gym resources. Think of this program as the intro to my app and just getting your feet wet, this is the first of many! In this program you should gradually feel yourself getting stronger and more conditioned. The goal at the end of this 4 weeks is to feel so confident in yourself and what you can do. That’s you tell yourself “ I need to DO MORE”

Whats up! My name is Rashaad Slowley. I was an NYC based trainer for 3 years and currently located in South Florida. I own a business Do More Fitness llc. My background includes multiple sports. Transitioning from professional football to training allows me to give you a balanced mix of strength, conditioning, and athletic performance training styles. I am certified through NASM, AAPT, Pre/Postnatal, PN1, and CPR. I offer 1 on 1, small group, workout programs, nutrition guides, and virtual sessions. I have been featured in publications or/and campaigns with Nike, Adidas, East Bay, Footlocker, Mens Health, Pop Sugar Etc. Happy to help start or continue your health and wellness journey ! I’m open to training people of all fitness levels. From professional athletes to people who have never touches a weight before.
