Whats up! My name is Rashaad Slowley. I was an NYC based trainer for 3 years and currently located in South Florida. I own a business Do More Fitness llc. My background includes multiple sports. Transitioning from professional football to training allows me to give you a balanced mix of strength, conditioning, and athletic performance training styles. I am certified through NASM, AAPT, Pre/Postnatal, PN1, and CPR. I offer 1 on 1, small group, workout programs, nutrition guides, and virtual sessions. I have been featured in publications or/and campaigns with Nike, Adidas, East Bay, Footlocker, Mens Health, Pop Sugar Etc. Happy to help start or continue your health and wellness journey ! I’m open to training people of all fitness levels. From professional athletes to people who have never touches a weight before.
