I enjoyed this workout, I jumped into after a couple weeks off and it was exactly what I wanted. Not to intense at first a steady intensity build up and a nice couple finishers at the end. I even took my partner along and she was mumbling amazing words under her breath around the time of the DB deadlifts. The ONLY thing I might add is a small amount of pre at the end .
