What is the current split?
My current split is: MONDAY—LEGS TUESDAY—PUSH WEDNESDAY—PULL THURSDAY—ABS & REST FRIDAY—ARMS & SHOULDERS SATURDAY—CHEST & BACK SUNDAY—Active rest day (walk/hike) You can complete my workouts in the same order or whatever order makes sense for you! This program can work for 3, 4, and 5 day splits as well.
Sets and Reps ?
You should be increasing the weight with each set and just barely able to get the required reps in while maintaining good form. The goal is to increase muscle mass and the best way to do this is through progressive overload/hypertrophy.
