About Own your Glow ⠀

Welcome to Own your Glow, get inspired and learn all about Self Love, Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness and Join us on this journey to wholeness! Own Your Glow is founded by two sisters Ngudju & Mwanini Makangira. Both born and raised in The Netherlands, and blessed with roots in the heart of Africa. Like many sisters growing up together gave us a special bond, so we are not only sisters but also best friends! We both have a individual story on how we found our Glow. One found her glow through yoga and nutrition and the other by self love and meditation.We decided to combine our powers, so we could inspire more people to find inner love, eat healthier and practice more yoga and meditation We believe to have a beautiful and care free life it is important to glow from the inside out. On this channel we’ll share weekly new yoga, -classes -tutorials, guided meditations and self love-journal exercises.

What are the goals of the program?
The goal of this challenge is to connect your mind body and spirit, by practicing yoga, meditation and mindfulness. Within 12 days of practice you will feel and expierence the power of yoga and meditation. Making you feel better not only physically but also emotionally.
How to get the best outcome of the program?
This 12-day Challenge is for everyone who wants to live a healthier, more loving and more mindful life! The yoga and meditation classes are beginner friendly, but more advanced practitioners are more then welcome to join us!
How to schedule the program into a week?
To get full results of our 12-day GLOW- challenge we advice yoy to practice at least 3 times a week, but no more then 6. We recommend to rest at least 1 day a week.
What do I need to participate in this program?
All our classes can be followed in the comfort of your own home! All you need to join is:

Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
The yoga and meditation classes are beginner friendly, but more advanced practitioners are more then welcome to join us!
