What are the goals of the program? The goal of this challenge is to connect your mind body and spirit, by practicing yoga, meditation and mindfulness.
Within 12 days of practice you will feel and expierence the power of yoga and meditation. Making you feel better not only physically but also emotionally.
How to get the best outcome of the program? This 12-day Challenge is for everyone who wants to live a healthier, more loving and more mindful life!
The yoga and meditation classes are beginner friendly, but more advanced practitioners are more then welcome to join us!
How to schedule the program into a week? To get full results of our 12-day GLOW- challenge we advice yoy to practice at least 3 times a week, but no more then 6.
We recommend to rest at least 1 day a week.
What do I need to participate in this program? All our classes can be followed in the comfort of your own home!
