Cable fly 3 x 12
Incline press 4 x 12
Machine press 4 x 12
Incline dumbbell press 4 x 10-12
Dumbbell fly 4 x 12-15

Superset:
Dips 4 x max rep
Push up 4 x max reps

-Stand between your cable pulleys at shoulder height with single arm attachments
-Face way from the pulley and fly the handles to the front of your body ( squeeze your chest)
-Release and repeat

*Perform each set at a different height  (low, mid, high)

Cable Chest Flyes

-Adjust your bench to proper position inside a smooth machine
-Un-rack and lower the bar t your upper chest
-Press the barbell back to top
-Repeat

Incline Smith Machine Chest Press

-Lay down in machine and adjust to your body
-Press the weight and release
-Repeat

Machine Chest Press

-Lay back on an incline bench with a dumbbell in each hand
-Lower the dumbbells to the outside of chest
-Press your arms back to full extension
-Repeat

Incline Bench Dumbbell Press

-Lay flat on a bench with a dumbbell in each hand above your chest
-Lower the dumbbell to the side in a fly motion
-Raise the dumbbells back to the center
-Repeat

Dumbbell Flyes

-Get on your hands in a stationary bodyweight dip station
-Lower yourself 
-Extend your arms and press back to starting position
-Repeat

Dips

-Get into a pushup plank position
-Lower yourself to the ground
-Press yourself back up to full arm extension
-Repeat
