This program is for anyone wanting to take their fitness to the next level. All fitness levels are welcomed. Whether you are a stay at home mom, a blue/white collared worker, a student, a student athlete, or whatever you may be, this is for you.

Each person will have their own fitness goals, so I am providing an overall fitness program for the following:

What equipment do I need?
You will need little to no equipment. Most circuits will be body weight, but I will have some workouts that will include Kettle bells and resistance bands, which you may go to your local sporting store to purchase or purchase them online, such as Amazon.
