This is the beginner leg workout! 30 seconds on, 30 seconds rest until you’ve gone through it three times!!! Intermediate will be 45 seconds and advanced will be a minute!!! You got this let’s go!

These exercises have been really fun to do. It was nice that you talked us through the exercise. In this way it was easy to follow. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I notice that I’m getting fitter by the day and due to the daily fitness I do not crave anymore for “unhealthy” food.
