While sitting in a tuck hold with your feet off the ground (on the ground if it’s too difficult) use an object such as a pillow to pass. It’s important to hold the object with two hands and initiate the twisting motion from your core.
Complete the 10 reps one direction before reversing the direction. So 10 reps right then 10 reps left. Hitting your partner with the pillow is not required 😂
