Please don’t push your partner so hard that they can’t maintain the proper core placement. The partner on the ground should be pushing their belly button to the floor, abs and legs engaged and audibly say ready before the pusher begins. Pushers remember that you’ll be up next so remember the golden rule, do unto others as you want done unto you.
