The first partner starts in a standard glute bridge. This position involves tucking your hips under so your tailbone is pointing towards your knees. Once engaged and safely in this position, let your partner know you’re ready. They will then proceed to place their hands on your knees and complete the dips.
It’s important for the glute bridge partner to have their adductors engaged because the “dipper” will likely produce outward pressure when completing their reps.
