Partner hamstring push-ups

This exercise is a personal favorite of mine because it incorporates all parts of your body. Place something soft under your knees so they don’t bruise on the ground, then have your partner push down on your ankles. Keeping your core tight and hamstrings engaged, push down and all the way up, mainly focusing on lifting from your hamstrings but using your push-up strength for assistance. Do your best not to bend too much at your hips, I know it’s hard but you’ve got this!
