Partner plank twist high fives

The starting position is a bent arm plank next to your partner. Complete all the repetitions on one side before switching to the other. So 9 reps then switch sides and do another 9 reps. Push down on the arm next to your partner, extend your shoulder away from your ear and reach up and over with the other arm and high five your partner! If you’re having trouble balancing you can spread your feet a little.
