Hello! :D My name is Natalie! I am so incredibly grateful and excited for you to be here! This app is about so much more than fitness! This is about creating, seeing, and believing in future YOU! My hope is that you develop a stronger sense of confidence in yourself as you create the discipline of consistency and practice of fitness. With that, I hope you fall in love with your body and work out somewhere along the way. About Me :) I started weightlifting at the age of 15 and fell in love for all the wrong reasons. Throughout my teenage years my relentless pursuit to “lose those final 5 pounds,” and my passion for fitness quickly turned into an unhealthy obsession. My drive to have the “perfect body” was never-ending. My self-worth was attached to the number on the scale. I let it determine how I felt about myself, and it took control of how I lived my life. This resulted in extreme restriction, binging, and trying to keep up with the latest diet friends. Worst of all, I felt like I lost myself. I met a powerful truth when I began lifting with the boys in the weight room. Navy seals, CrossFit athletes, nationally recognized bodybuilders, stage-performing gymnasts, and powerlifters. I learned we are all more alike than we think. We all desire to be the most authentic empowered versions of ourselves and often we miss out on that because we think it needs to be "perfect." Since then my I’ve made it my mission to cut the noise and the extras of what the fitness industry pushes and give you exactly what you need. Programs and mental and emotional shifts that work. My fitness and nutrition programs have helped hundreds of people all over the world become more confident as they create a more sustainable lifestyle through fitness and nutrition. I got into fitness once I joined the Coast Guard. My first two years in were trash, I had no specific routine and no idea of what I needed to do. I wasted so much time. So, I finally invested in a program and began lifting with other people to help accomplish my goals, but there was still so much missing like explanation of sets and reps, proper warm ups and honestly so much more. I was plateauing mentally and physically, there were so many days at the gym where I was going through the motions to just maintain. If you haven’t had success with other workout apps in the past, you may be skeptical about mine. I'm here to assure you this app was designed for your success. This app is so user-friendly it will blow your socks off! Also, I am one message away if you have questions. :)
I'm a beginner, is this app for me?
Yes! We are here to meet you where you're at today and there are workouts and programs to support you!
Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! For example, my 6- week dumbbell only requires dumbbells (I've used my niece before when I had no equipment lol) and some require none at all (like my core program) There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get the results you desire.
