I designed this FULL BODY DUMBBELL program for the busy parent, the frequent traveler, the business ceo, the person on the go, and those of you who need a jumpstart into a new routine! WHAT YOU WILL NEED: 2 Dumbbells which can be substituted with a backpack, large bag of rice, or small child. I actually used my 3-year-old niece when we were on a family vacation. If you’d like to get the absolute most out of this program I would purchase a hip circle band and second set of heavier dumbbells or one heavy kettle bell for the squats, deadlifts and lunges! These workouts are designed to be performed after your 5-minute core routine located in the STRONG CORE SECTION. Totaling a 20-minute workout. These are quick and very effective. If you are short on time decrease your rounds of the circuits or perform the core routine at another time. When I was 15 I developed the habit of doing my core routine before bed every single night. If you’re not concerned about time or you need or want extra rest time take it! If you’d like to warm up and foam roll you can head over to the foam rolling section and mobility & warm-up section and increase your workout to 25 - 30 minutes. If you’re looking to perform this in sequence it will be. 1) Foam Roll 2) Mobility and Warm-ups (choose lower, upper or full) 3) 5 minute Core 4) 15 Dumbbell Routine (you will know what to foam roll and warm up with based on the title) Then you are done!
