Dead! I did conventional deadโ€™s instead of sumo bc sumo bothers the inside of my knees I get a strange pinch. Amazing workout, really stoked to be back on the fighter program. Love that there are new workouts each week. My only suggestion would be for certain exercises (ie leg extensions) to offer one or two alternatives :)
