Great work out. Still frustrated trying to find a good alternative to match a ski erg machine. Even at 2 gyms I go to don’t have them. Unless I pay to go to a specialty gym or a CrossFit one. Either way, love the combination of movements. Struggled a little in the medicine ball and work.
