Bench day! Go light on the shoulders raises to make sure you're not swinging. Nice and slow, get the blood pumping to the mucles. You should feel the burn on that shoulder builder.

The decline barbell set was tuff but I enjoyed the workout over all. Iโm finally getting to the point where Iโm not excruciatingly sore every time I come to the gym, and Iโm also starting to see some definition in my shoulders. โบ๏ธ
