Lots of cables and stuff today. Make sure you go slow and really feel your muscles contract. Get that protein in your body and drink lots of water!

Omg I took a long rest and this was brutal. The upside: now I can do 50 jump ropes without pausing and the downside: I am not going to be able to lift my arms tomorrow 🤭
