Week 2 Power it Up

We are repeating the circuits from Week 1. Day 1: add a weight to all the slider moves. Place two dumbbells onto your shoulders and and simply hold them there (weight of your choice). Day 2: Double the repetitions in the kettlebell moves. Day 3: Add a 5 min steady state cardio segment between each circuit.
