Hi everyone, Iโ€™m Michelle, the Face and Voice of The Sweat Box Inc. Iโ€™m beyond thrilled to be part of this health and fitness journey with all of you ๐Ÿ™. I have helped clients from all walks of life over my 30 year career as a health care professional. Dance used to be my passion way back when (yes, Iโ€™m almost 47 ๐Ÿ˜ฎ) and my dance and pilates background still shines through in my training today. Itโ€™s lean long muscles and a super strong core (and nice round tight booty ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ‘) me and my clients are after. I started my career in Switzerland as a hip hop and dance teacher before coming to America in the mid 90โ€™s. Since arriving in Hollywood, I became a licensed chiropractor (D.C.) an acupuncturist (L.Ac.) and integrate my knowledge as a doctor in my training. Certified by NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) as a CES (Corrective Exercise Specialist) and PES (Performance Enhancement Specialist), Iโ€™m known for my kick ass workouts regardless of physical ailments. Iโ€™m quick on my feet and can create a workout program for any demographic at a momentโ€™s notice. I firmly believe that anyone at any age can challenge their body to be better, stronger and leaner! I want to help you guys embrace the possible!!!!! You can do so much more than you think! Just believe in yourself and lay down the excuses no matter your injuries. Frequently asked questions

What do I need to participate in this program?
- You need sliders or simply socks on hardwood floor for Day 1 - A kettlebell and lat pulldown as well as hamstring curl machine. If your donโ€™t have gym access, you can simply use a resistance band and attach it above for lats (seated) and behind you for hamstrings (laying face down)... just message me if you need help with the setups. - A TRX and a slam ball - A positive attitude and dedication to the program
How to do the workouts?
-Each session starts with a proper warm-up -Recommend 40-50 very deep inhalations through the nose in order to over oxygenate the body and wake up the nervous system -Do a quick full body dynamic stretch and mobility routine. It shouldnโ€™t take more than 5-7 min -Never attempt heavy weight lifting without prior warmup
