Hi everyone, I’m Michelle, the Face and Voice of The Sweat Box Inc. I’m beyond thrilled to be part of this health and fitness journey with all of you 🙏. I have helped clients from all walks of life over my 30 year career as a health care professional. Dance used to be my passion way back when (yes, I’m almost 47 😮) and my dance and pilates background still shines through in my training today. It’s lean long muscles and a super strong core (and nice round tight booty 🍑🔥🍑) me and my clients are after. I started my career in Switzerland as a hip hop and dance teacher before coming to America in the mid 90’s. Since arriving in Hollywood, I became a licensed chiropractor (D.C.) an acupuncturist (L.Ac.) and integrate my knowledge as a doctor in my training. Certified by NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) as a CES (Corrective Exercise Specialist) and PES (Performance Enhancement Specialist), I’m known for my kick ass workouts regardless of physical ailments. I’m quick on my feet and can create a workout program for any demographic at a moment’s notice. I firmly believe that anyone at any age can challenge their body to be better, stronger and leaner! I want to help you guys embrace the possible!!!!! You can do so much more than you think! Just believe in yourself and lay down the excuses no matter your injuries. I will put up workouts from my amazing ULTIMATE CORE PROGRAM as well as ALL BODYWEIGHT BOOTY AND CORE PROGRAM (check out my website www.thesweatboxinc.com where those programs are hosted) and give you daily inspiration with workout routines that are easy, doable yet challenging. Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
