Hi, I’m Michelle — founder of Respawn Fitness.
My journey into fitness didn’t start in a gym. I began my career in retail, became a stay-at-home mom, and eventually discovered how powerful movement can be — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. What started as a passion for training at my local gym evolved into a career as a club supervisor and personal trainer.
When COVID changed everything, I built a garage gym and started coaching clients 1:1 while continuing to train alongside my family. That experience shaped the way I coach today: realistic, sustainable fitness that fits into real life.
My approach is simple — build strength that supports everyday life.
I create programs designed to help you move better, feel stronger, gain confidence, and stay active through every season of life. Whether you’re just getting started, rebuilding consistency, or looking to level up your training, my goal is to help you create habits that actually last.
I don’t believe in quick fixes or extremes. I believe in smart training, consistency, patience, and showing up for yourself day by day. Real transformation happens through small actions repeated over time.
