Do I need to purchase equipment? It depends on the workout! My programs use a variety of equipment. The basic equipment includes: Barbells, Dumbbells and Kettlebells (all interchangeable as needed), Cable Machine and Resistance Bands (also interchangeable), Stability Ball, Yoga Mat, Loop Bands, Bench, Box.
