Hi, I’m Michelle — founder of Respawn Fitness. My journey into fitness didn’t start in a gym. I began my career in retail, became a stay-at-home mom, and eventually discovered how powerful movement can be — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. What started as a passion for training at my local gym evolved into a career as a club supervisor and personal trainer. When COVID changed everything, I built a garage gym and started coaching clients 1:1 while continuing to train alongside my family. That experience shaped the way I coach today: realistic, sustainable fitness that fits into real life. My approach is simple — build strength that supports everyday life. I create programs designed to help you move better, feel stronger, gain confidence, and stay active through every season of life. Whether you’re just getting started, rebuilding consistency, or looking to level up your training, my goal is to help you create habits that actually last. I don’t believe in quick fixes or extremes. I believe in smart training, consistency, patience, and showing up for yourself day by day. Real transformation happens through small actions repeated over time. As someone who has gone through her own fitness journey, I understand the ups, downs, setbacks, and restarts that come with it. If you haven’t had success with other workout apps in the past, it’s understandable to be skeptical. But with the right guidance, support, and fresh content, you can achieve the results you want. Instead of static programs or PDFs with no assistance, this platform offers dynamic, interactive workouts. New programs and instructional videos are added regularly to keep you motivated and engaged. Plus, if you ever need help, you can reach out directly for questions, feedback, or to share your progress!
I’m a beginner, is this for me?
No matter where you are in your fitness journey, this platform can help you succeed. Workouts and programs are designed for all fitness levels, with expert guidance every step of the way. You’ll be provided with easy-to-follow videos and clear instructions, ensuring you can perform each exercise safely and effectively.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! My programs use a variety of equipment. The basic equipment includes: Barbells, Dumbbells and Kettlebells (all interchangeable as needed), Cable Machine and Resistance Bands (also interchangeable), Stability Ball, Yoga Mat, Loop Bands, Bench, Box. So whether you want to workout at home or in a gym, I have programs for you! You can always reach out to me for questions!

I offer strength, HIIT, mobility- focused workouts for all fitness levels -- for both at home or gym. I have a variety of workouts, all structured around functional body movements and built for getting stronger and staying active.
