Hi! First and foremost I want to say…I’m so happy you’re here! For the last 15 years, I have been "working out." Whether it was fitness DVDs, running, or group classes, I was active. However, in 2019 I decided to begin lifting heavy weights. This is when I really started to see my body transform and muscles begin to show. I learned about nutrition and what my body needs to thrive. I also felt like I needed to share my fitness passion with others, so became a certified personal trainer. My hope is that my love of fitness and healthy habits will inspire you to exercise with purpose and be intentional with movement so that you will be stronger as you age. Let's get started building a stronger body together!

If you haven’t had success with other workout apps in the past, it’s understandable to be skeptical. But with the right guidance, support, and fresh content, you can achieve the results you want. Instead of static programs or PDFs with no assistance, this platform offers dynamic, interactive workouts. New programs and instructional videos are added regularly to keep you motivated and engaged. Plus, if you ever need help, you can reach out directly for questions, feedback, or to share your progress!
I’m a beginner, is this for me?
No matter where you are in your fitness journey, this platform can help you succeed. Workouts and programs are designed for all fitness levels, with expert guidance every step of the way. You’ll be provided with easy-to-follow videos and clear instructions, ensuring you can perform each exercise safely and effectively.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! My programs use a variety of equipment. The basic equipment includes: Barbells, Dumbbells and Kettlebells (all interchangeable as needed), Cable Machine and Resistance Bands (also interchangeable), Stability Ball, Yoga Mat, Loop Bands, Bench, Box. So whether you want to workout at home or in a gym, I have programs for you! You can always reach out to me for questions!

I offer strength, HIIT, mobility- focused workouts for all fitness levels -- for both at home or gym. I have a variety of workouts, all structured around functional body movements and built for getting stronger and staying active.
